Registration:

Parents will be required to complete a registration card which includes name, address, child's name, age, special requirements, allergies and known medical conditions, time of arrival and planned time of pick-up, cell phone or pager number. The information will be verified by driver's license or other acceptable means.

Photo:

Upon arrival, parents will be photographed with their child. Nitro Kids will provide the digital camera and personnel to take the photograph. The same parent or parents who bring the child for care must retrieve the child, as the photographs will be used as one part of the identification process.

ID Band:

Children and parents will be issued matching numbered ID bands. This is the second part of the identification matching process.

Mobile Communication:

If parents do not have a cell phone or pager with them, one will be issued for use while their child is under our care. This will allow direct emergency contact should the need arise. We are pleased to be sponsored by ARCH PAGING for this service.
